The Rare Polka Dot Tuxedo! It is located in Jam Mart Clothing. I haven't taken a look at it myself yet, but I'm assuming that it is a member item, sadly. If you are a member though, it is actually a pretty cool tuxedo. It kind of reminds me of the Mad Hatter?
